For people that it has happened to, a home invasion is a very scary matter. In Gadsden, Alabama, a 17-year-old young man was shot and killed after allegedly raping a woman at gunpoint.

According to Fox News affiliate WBRC in Birmingham, the teen was amongst three men broke into the woman’s home Monday night and attempted to rob her. The teen raped the woman after his 2 other partners left and then asked the woman where her money was and she had a trick up her sleeve. The woman told her assailant that her money was stashed at her neighbors house, and the rapist robber actually believed her and ordered her to her neighbors house.

Once at the neighbors house, the woman started yelling and screaming for her neighbor that she was being attacked and to call 911. The neighbor called 911 and grabbed his gun and fired on shot at the assailant who died just a few minutes after being shot. Instant justice.

Police say a 17-year-old boy was one of three suspects who broke into a woman's home at about 3 a.m. Monday, April 13.

The woman told police the teenager held a gun to her head and raped her while the others ransacked her home.

She said two of the men eventually left her home, but the teen stayed behind, beat her in the head with his gun and demanded money from her.

The victim told police they ended up at a neighbor's home after she told the attacker her neighbor had her money.

Police say the neighbor called 911 when the woman and her attacker arrived outside his front door.

The attacker reportedly demanded the neighbor get off the phone, fired two shots into the air, and pointed the gun at the neighbor.

The neighbor, who was armed, fired a bullet into the teenager's chest, killing him.
