CNN’s Candy Crowley Admits Romney Was Right On Libya, Just Not In Front Of 60 Million People

Once again, thanks to a ridiculously biased debate moderator, President Obama doesn't have to face scrutiny for the absolute lies he has told the American people about Libya. And in fact, because of CNN's Candy Crowley not having full grasp of what President Obama said in his Rose Garden speech after Ambassador Christopher Stevens was killed, she made it look as though it was Mitt Romney who was wrong in his statement about the embassy being overrun and the president not calling it an act of terror.

But later in the evening after the debate as her and Anderson Cooper were discussing the debate she admitted that Mitt Romney did in fact speak the truth. Crowley said about Romney's statement, "He was right the main, he just picked the wrong word." That's nice that Ms Crowley admits Romney was right, unfortunately, 60 million people are not going to hear Candy Crowley admit that like they did when she wrongly corrected Mitt in front of all of America. Since CNN only has about a few thousand viewers these days, the fact that she was wrong and President Obama was wrong isn't going to make an impact like her false correction of Romney will.

Here are the exact words President Obama said in the Rose Garden after the Benghazi embassy attack referring to it being an act of terror:

No acts of terror will ever shake the resolve of this great nation, alter that character, or eclipse the light of the values that we stand for.  Today we mourn four more Americans who represent the very best of the United States of America.  We will not waver in our commitment to see that justice is done for this terrible act.  And make no mistake, justice will be done.

President Obama intentionally misstated the facts in the debate on Tuesday night because he was taking his own statement out of context. In his Rose Garden statement, President Obama is using "acts of terror" in a general sense and is not speaking specifically about the Benghazi attack. He is referring to any terrorist attack against the United States. Not only did Candy Crowley get her correction of Romney wrong, it was not her job as a moderator to correct any of the candidates. This debate was supposed to be between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama and debates are supposed to be about the 2 opponents hashing it out, not about being corrected by the moderator.

Crowley's actions were shameful and clearly one sided. The fact is, even admitted by the liberal Washington Post, it took 2 weeks for President Obama to call the attack on our embassy in Libya a terrorist attack and actually mean it. Watch her admission that Romney was in fact right about what the President did not say:
