Lindsey Graham John Mccain criticize Rand Paul

It looks like the battle lines have been drawn between the GOP Rino old guard and the new Conservative movement in the Tea Party with such adherents as Senators Rand Paul and Ted Cruz. The internet is abuzz with praise for Rand Paul's nearly 13 hour epic filibuster that brought to light and discussed the threat President Obama is to the Constitution, but unfortunately Senators Lindsey Graham and John McCain have come out against Senator Paul and criticized him.

McCain said from the floor of the Senate,

"Calm down, Senator, the U.S. government cannot randomly target U.S. citizens." And McCain went on to say, "If Mr. Paul wants to be taken seriously he needs to do more than pull political stunts that fire up impressionable libertarian kids, I don't think what happened yesterday is helpful to the American people."

Of course everything Rand Paul said yesterday might not be specifically correct, after all he was talking for 12 hours, but to have the established Republican guard come out against one of the most principled acts of any Senator in a long, long time, just let you know who we are up against. By calling the hundreds of thousands of supporters of Rand Paul "impressionable libertarian kids" it sounds like McCain and Graham are in fear of losing a bit of their relevance amongst voters.

We know that right now there are no threats and the government cannot randomly target US citizens, but apparently RINO McCain can't figure out Rand Paul is calling on his fellow Senators to make sure they can never do that. Paul is trying to prevent that and with Obama at the helm, no telling how quickly things could change.

But that's not all from the Republican Guard because in this clip below McCain says that, "we have done a disservice to a lot of American's by making them believe that somehow they're in danger from their government, they're not."

And here Lindsey Graham has something to say at the end of this short 1:20 clip:
