Nancy Pelosi Calls For Obama’s Outrageous Fiscal Cliff Proposal To Be Brought To House Floor Next Week

Nancy Pelosi is always good for a laugh and in this one on the fiscal cliff budget proposal from President Obama, Ms Pelosi is calling for it to be brought to the House floor next week top be voted on even thought the Republican leadership has called Obama's proposals ridiculous and not even worthy of serious consideration.

Just as a reminder, the proposal by President Obama which is not even worth to be looked at calls for $1.6 trillion in new taxes and only a measly $400 billion in spending cuts over the next 10 years. Those $40 billion in spending cuts offered by Obama will be offset in the negative by $10 billion in the first year by a $50 billion stimulus the President wants as well.

In the video below Nancy Pelosi makes the outrageous statement that by not passing Obama's proposal, it would mean "tax cuts for the rich which do not create jobs, just increase the deficit, heaping mountains of debt onto future generations.” And she makes that statement in all seriousness as if she has not be the principle architect of Obama's trillion dollar plus budget deficits every year he has been President.

I find it tragically removed from any sense of reality that both President Obama and Nancy Pelosi are calling for cooperation on reaching a deal on the fiscal cliff negotiations with Republican lawmakers when they are the ones who are stubborn and unmoving in their demands. The President has brought to the table a package which is so outrageous, no one with any sense of fiscal responsibility would agree to it, yet Nancy Pelosi in the video below calls for Republicans to bring it to the House floor next week to be voted on. See if you can watch the video below without retching at Ms Pelosi's astounding hypocrisy:
