Newark Mayor Cory Booker States The Obvious, Legal Gun Buyers Are Not Causing Murders
Despite generally being for stricter gun laws, Newark New Jersey Mayor Cory Booker stated the obvious that gun crimes and murders are not being caused by legal gun buyers. Now, we don't agree with much of what Booker says, but even part time liberals can come out with the truth once in a while. The obvious is the obvious and when Cory gets going, and states the truth, he probably makes liberals and the President cringe. I wonder if they will have any response to this.
Booker also states that massacres like Newtown Connecticut are rare. And that os because what is killing people and causing mayhem on our streets is not a gun problem. If people are looking to cause trouble or looking to do harm to someone, they will find a tool to carry out that harm, something that liberals don't seem to understand.

To me, the data should drive our decision making. So I know, I’m not afraid of people having guns who are law abiding citizens. In the analysis of gun murders and shootings in my city, I could only find one in the entire time I’ve been mayor – and unfortunately there have been hundreds and hundreds – where a person who was involved in a shooting where they had their gun legally, where they legally acquired their gun. The guns that are causing carnage in our cities, my city and our country, every single year are acquired illegally.
