Nancy Pelosi makes a lame Obamacare website excuse

Amongst many other liberals making an excuse for the incompetent Dear Great Leader Obama and the horrendous rollout of Obamacare, Nancy Pelosi has come out with her own excuse as to why the joke of a website, doesn't work.

Her excuse: “this is what happens when you do something big.” Well no, actually, this is what happens when government does something big. If this were an entrepreneur, or a large corporation or probably even a small business that had to rely on making a profit and not losing valuable customers, they would have tested and retested a system like this, put it out in beta form and tweaked here and there and then, and only then, would they have released it to the public.

But that isn't the way government has to operate when they aren't using their own money. When they can spend over half a billion dollars of someone else's  money to let a crony of Michelle Obama's build a complete joke of a website, it doesn't matter if it works or not, it's just the perception that counts. But unfortunately for liberal democrats, not even the Dear Great Leader Obama got the perception right on this monumental disaster. Thus, excuses like this one from Nancy Pelosi.

It's only going to get more interesting as the entire Obamacare plan careens into collapse.

The rollout of the Affordable Care Act is unacceptable, but “this is what happens when you do something big,” House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said in an interview.

“I think it’s unacceptable,” Pelosi said on National Public Radio Monday . “Now, they say, there’s a plan for it to be working by the end of November, and I find that acceptable.” [...]

The California Democrat told NPR that the parts of Obamacare that already are implemented have “been working just fine,” but “the technology hasn’t,” and that’s where she finds fault.

“It will work, and we’ll go forward,” she said.
