The Gulf Is Where? An Obama Gaffe Media Liberals Would Have Released The Dogs On Bush For

Making his fourth appearance on the Tonight Show, the celebrity President Obama made a major league geographical gaffe on order of the 57 states gaffe he made while campaigning for his first presidential run. Host Jay Leno was wondering why a dilapidated bridge near where he lives just doesn't get fixed and that gave Obama an opportunity to get in a "rebuild our roads and bridges" soundbite, but then the geographically challenged President went on to say this:

"You know, the Panama Canal is being widened so that the big supertankers can come in. Now, that'll be finished in 2015. If we deepen our ports all along the Gulf, places like Charleston, S.C., or Savannah, Ga., or Jacksonville, Fla., if we don't do that those ships are gonna go someplace else."

What? Last time I checked Wikipedia and looked at a map, none of those cities are "all along the Gulf."

This is a gaffe the State Run Media would have put George W. Bush through the wood chipper for and then have had rabid dogs eat the remains, but in today's cult of personality where the low information voter lusts to see Obama as a celebrity (because that's the monster the media has created), this isn't even a story. Hell, it's not even worth mentioning.
