State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby

When anyone with a sense of real justice looks at the case of the 6 police offices charged in the death of Freddie Gray by State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby, they have to see what is shaping up to be a huge miscarriage of justice. The simple fact that Mosby had the actual evidence in this case on her desk for such a short period of time before bringing charges, shows either her inexperience or her attempt to make a name for herself.

And former Baltimore Deputy State’s Attorney Page Croyder has exactly the same sentiments in this article in the Baltimore Sun and in the CNN interview video below. Croyder claims that Mosby has used her powers as the Maryland State's Attorney for "crowd control" to quiet the masses down.

Croyder says that instead of charging Freddie Gray's arresting officer with false imprisonment, Mosby has committed false imprisonment against the officer because the knife Gray was carrying was in fact, an illegal switchblade. But the irony is that, in an attempt to give Freddie Gray justice, Mosby has committed an injustice because she failed to do a basic investigation that would have shown her Gray was arrested for just causes.

This case is already so far beyond the normal prosecution of officers charged with crimes or police brutality the officers will likely be exonerated. Marilyn Mosby has already, "created an expectation of guilt and conviction." And when that doesn't happen because of her very poor rush to judgement Mosby will likely be run out of town by the very people she thinks she is helping.
