Will Obama’s Apology Tour Come Up In The Final Presidential Debate On Foreign Policy?

Tonight is the final Presidential Debate of 2012 and it is on foreign policy. Now with the cloud of the Libyan debacle and the death of Ambassador Christopher Stevens hanging over Obama's presidency it will be interesting how that debate goes. But how will president Obama even defend his foreign policy and his apology tour at the beginning of his presidency?

Websites like FactCheck.org and Politifact.com say that Obama's apology tour never happened because he has never used the words "I'm sorry" or "We apologize" in a speech on the world stage. But, in the video below, Obama says America has been in the wrong at least 5 times and he did it in a span of time from April 3, 2009 to May 21, 2009. These speeches occurred in France, Turkey, Trinidad and Tobago and twice in the United States.

In one of those speeches that happened in Strasbourg, France, the President said this, “In America, there’s a failure to appreciate Europe’s leading role in the world. Instead of celebrating your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to meet common challenges, there have been times where America has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive.”

Okay, even if there is no I'm sorry in that speech, it sure sounds like an apology to us. Watch the video below and let us know what you think in the comment section below the video.
